As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional professional services to a number of leading clients across the UK.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing cost control and value management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Preparing and managing monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements to provide accurate financial information.
  • Managing subcontractor payments and ensuring timely payment to suppliers.
  • Providing guidance on contractual issues and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Preparing and managing tenders, budget estimates, and cost plans to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Reviewing bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other reports to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Measuring quantities and producing Bills of Quantities and/or overseeing their production by others.
  • Ensuring enquiries are issued and quotations received from subcontractors and suppliers.
