Key Responsibilities:

  1. Setting Out and Site Management: You will be responsible for setting out on-site using EDM and Total Station technology for various aspects of work, including drainage, earthworks, roadworks, ducting, site clearance, fencing, and structures.
  2. Team Collaboration and Communication: You will work closely with our team members, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  3. Quality Control and Assurance: You will be responsible for completing daily diaries of works undertaken on-site, as well as check sheets for quality standards in accordance with ITPs.
  4. Site Meetings and Surveys: You will attend site meetings related to programme, safety, and working areas, and undertake site surveys to produce sketches of survey work and construction sequences.

Requirements:

  1. CSCS Card: You must hold a relevant CSCS card for this appointment.
  2. Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in the civil engineering industry is required.
