They are currently seeking an Application Support Specialist to serve as a key escalation point for team members, providing essential support for custom applications while also managing the internal Microsoft 365 cloud infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be required to attend the office a few times each month.

The ideal applicant will possess:

  • Significant experience with Microsoft 365 Cloud and Azure Active Directory, including setup, management, and support.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and group policy management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, showcasing the ability to resolve issues through a systematic and logical approach.
  • Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Experience in supporting bespoke applications.
  • Proficiency in server virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
