As a key member of our Estates and Facilities team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing an auditable framework of legislative and statutory compliance folders and procedures relevant to the Estates and Facilities management environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a robust library of Sharepoint and Concept folders and files to store Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance compliance documents and certificates.
- Create appropriate policies and procedures necessary to support the maintenance of the compliance library framework and ensure it is consistently up to date.
- Ensure that appropriate controls, monitoring, and audits are in place to assess compliance.
- Prepare monthly Statutory Compliance and Risks and Issues reports and attend compliance meetings as required.
