Nursing Associate Position

Henshaws is a leading charity supporting individuals with sight loss and disabilities to achieve their goals. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nursing Associate to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality clinical care to students.
Key Responsibilities- Work independently under the leadership of registered nurses to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate clinical care for students.
- Teach, support, and mentor other staff to ensure the clinical care delivered to students meets the highest standards.
- Deliver clinical care directly to students at Henshaws, following care plans and adhering to the parameters of the nursing associate role.
- Liaise and communicate with staff, managers, and service users to ensure timely and effective information sharing.
- Develop and deliver theoretical clinical training to care staff in one-to-one and small group settings.
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
- Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification.
- Recent experience of working in the health or care sector, undertaking a range of delegated clinical skills.
