About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at the Boohoo Group. As a key member of our procurement function, you will play a critical role in shaping our strategic sourcing initiatives and driving cost savings across our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier relationships
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with key suppliers to ensure best value for money
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize sourcing opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sourcing decisions
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on procurement performance and savings achieved

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of strategic sourcing principles
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business operations
