Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Support clients with their medication and provide reminders as needed
  • Help with practical tasks, such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and work collaboratively with our clients to achieve their goals
