About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Academy Site Manager to join our team at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our designated premises, staff, and services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances. A full UK driving licence is also essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To provide proactive, comprehensive, and effective overall day-to-day management of designated premises, staff, and services.
  2. To audit and monitor external and internal contractors supplying soft and hard FM services.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a NEBBS NVQ III or equivalent qualification in supervisory/management, as well as basic budget knowledge.
