We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Content Operations Specialist to join our team at Addepar. As a key member of our Go-to Market Teams, you will work closely with Client Management, Sales, and Partnerships, as well as cross-functional partners such as Legal, Finance, Information Security, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize Business Processes: Develop and implement process improvements to shorten Addepar's sales cycle, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Cross-Functional Relationships: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to scale Addepar's ability to quickly respond to client Assurance requests, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Content Development: Train AI tooling with standard responses and optimize Addepar's Assurance Library content in Whistic, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Insight Analysis: Track and synthesize prospect and client insights to deliver data-driven recommendations to Addepar Leadership, informing strategic business decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Build content and processes to continually enhance Addepar's Assurance offering to prospects, clients, and partners, driving business excellence.
  • Adaptability and Initiative: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and self-starter mentality, effectively prioritizing and adapting within a fast-paced business environment.
