MAN Commercial Protection is seeking a reliable and skilled Security Officer to join our team on a part-time day shift basis.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Security Officer to work on a part-time day shift basis, covering a busy Distribution site in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various duties, including reception, badge printing, area access, alarm monitoring, CCTV investigations, and gatehouse duties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reception duties, including badge printing and area access
- Alarm monitoring and CCTV investigations
- Gatehouse duties, including checking drivers' IDs and vehicles
- Screening and search when required
- Internal and external patrols
- Following site procedures and reporting incidents and accidents
Requirements:
- A valid SIA guarding/Door Supervisor Licence
- A 5-year checkable work/education history
- Competent computer skills and knowledge of computer systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create comprehensive incident reports
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
