About the Role
As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues, overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, and supporting the Home Manager in their duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing and care colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
- Oversee the implementation of care plans and ensure that residents receive the best possible care
- Support the Home Manager in their duties and provide cover when required
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with a strong background in care planning and clinical assessment. You will also need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others.
