Nurse Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Deputy Manager for our nursing homes in East Lothian, Edinburgh & West Lothian area.

About the Role

This is a permanent contract of 40 hours per week, offering a fantastic annual salary of £50,000, which is equivalent to £24.00 per hour. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the care and nursing staff, supporting with clinical audits, and managing and monitoring the delivery of clinical and personal care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN with experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity in a clinical setting, ideally within the care sector. You will also need to be confident in leading, developing, and motivating a team of Nurses and HCAs.
