Job Summary
MASHPOINT LLC is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support the Client Nursing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of this role by providing exceptional office and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Licensure Processes
- Assist with the licensure of applicants concerning Good Moral Character (GMC) requirements.
- Support Complaint Resolution Coordinators (CRC) in case processing.
- Background Checks
- Manage GMC and background checks which are prerequisites for nursing licensure in Massachusetts.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work collaboratively with Professional Credential Services (PCS) who handle application processing for the Client.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with applicants, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Administrative Tasks
- Manage applicants, maintain electronic databases, collaborate with Board Staff and CRC, receive and process supportive documents for GMC evaluation, schedule meetings, and draft letters and memos.
- Technical Skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel databases, including sorting and analyzing data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Required Skills
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
- Ability to extract accurate information from documents.
- Ability to organize a high volume of data into physical and electronic folders and files.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize work to meet strict deadlines.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to learn and utilize custom-designed software (MLO NURSYS).
