**Job Summary**

: Deichmann Shoes has an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Cover Store Manager, supporting our store in a dynamic retail environment.

For this particular role, the stores you will cover and support include a cluster of stores within a defined geographical area.

As a Cover Store Manager for Deichmann, you will be offered a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum.

This is a full-time, permanent position, and you must be fully flexible to work across the week.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Lead by example in promoting and upselling products to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective rotas, in line with payroll budgets.
  • Manage stock levels and maintain a high level of stockroom organization.
  • Analyze sales figures and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, including merchandising and administration.
  • Work towards targets and achieve company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist with the recruitment and development of the sales team.


**Personal Qualities**
  • A hands-on leader with experience in retail or a related industry sector.
  • A positive and flexible approach with a can-do attitude.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • The confidence and ability to motivate, coach, and inspire the sales team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Methodical and organized with a structured approach to work.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • A full UK driving license is preferred due to the travel involved.
