Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the welcome, training, and management of delivery partners and volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality programmes.
  • Travel within your local area to support the delivery of programmes and programme visits, building strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist and support delivery partners and volunteers in bringing our programmes to life, providing access to training, resources, qualifications, and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with our quality standards, policies, and procedures, and provide guidance to our partners and volunteers on any necessary updates.
  • Record and document information and data on young people, volunteers, or partners, ensuring accuracy and alignment with funding contracts and EDI goals.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing, energise networking sessions, and lead sessions with young people, showcasing your creativity and enthusiasm.
