About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Development Scientist to join our Product and Process Development team. As a Development Scientist, you will play a key role in the development of new medical device products, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and launch innovative products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support product and process development activities, including design, testing, and characterization of new medical device products.
  • Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and other stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements and product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including reports, procedures, and specifications.
  • Contribute to the development of new product ideas and concepts, and provide input on product design and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Data Science.
  • Previous experience in product development, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
