About the Role
Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data and Analytics Expert to join its Value Creation Partners (VCP) team. As a key member of the VCP team, you will play a critical role in supporting the group's portfolio companies in improving their commercial effectiveness through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management teams and other VCP members to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive commercial growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the group's portfolio companies, including their commercial strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Design and implement data analytics tools and methods to support growth planning and execution, including data visualization, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Provide strategic recommendations to management teams and other stakeholders on how to leverage data and analytics to drive commercial success.
- Work closely with the VCP team to develop and implement value creation plans, including identifying areas for improvement, developing data-driven solutions, and tracking progress.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in management consulting, data analytics, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering commercial value to clients.
- Proven expertise in data analytics tools and methods, including data visualization, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management teams, VCP members, and other stakeholders.
