About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineering Trainer/Assessor to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineering Trainer/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment programs to students in the field of mechanical engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment programs to students in the field of mechanical engineering
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and employers
- Develop and maintain strong industry connections to ensure that our training programs are relevant and up-to-date
- Work collaboratively with other members of the education team to deliver high-quality education and training programs
- Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials
Requirements
- Assessor qualified or willingness to learn (A1 Award, TAQA, CAVA)
- Strong industry experience, time served
- Keen to pass on knowledge to the next generation
- To hold a minimum of a Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering/Maintenance
- Clean driving licence and access to a car
