Electrical Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join our team as an Electrical Instructor, providing full training and qualifications to enable them to start their career as a Lecturer.

About the Role

As an Electrical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students, ensuring they meet the required standards and are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their chosen career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training programs to students, focusing on electrical skills and knowledge
  • Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant
  • Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective training program

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized qualification in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Experience in teaching or training, preferably in a vocational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
