Transform Data into Actionable Insights

Schneider Electric Norge AS is seeking a skilled professional to combine technical knowledge and business acumen to drive strategy and support decision-making processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing ETL processes, working with the Business Engagement team, and contributing to the data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ETL Process Management: Utilize Alteryx and other tools to manage ETL processes, understanding the fundamentals of data architecture and maintaining and monitoring data workflows.
  • Business Engagement: Collaborate with the Business Engagement team to help the business understand and solve their challenges, supporting their strategy with data-related initiatives.
  • Data Strategy: Contribute to the data strategy, support the transition to new data sets, and contribute to the implementation of new data architecture, including documentation, data validation, and readiness assessments.
  • Data Governance: Collaborate with IT and data security teams to ensure adherence to data governance and security policies.
  • UAT Testing: Conduct UAT testing on datasets and during the implementation of software updates.

Requirements:

  • Education: A University Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. (Desirable) Experience with Python and ETL tools, such as Alteryx or Informatica.
