Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Sales Ledger (100% site based).

Key Responsibilities

  • Generating invoices and credit notes efficiently.
  • Following up on outstanding payments.
  • Addressing customer inquiries in a courteous and prompt manner.
  • Preparing customer statements regularly.
  • Conducting credit assessments for customers.
  • Compiling month-end reports for customer accounts.
  • Performing additional tasks as needed, including processing credit card payments via phone.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Ledger is preferred (ideally 1+ years).
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Numerical proficiency is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Competent keyboard skills.
