About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Motorcycle Service Advisor to join our team at Veritas Careers. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book in vehicles for service and maintenance, ensuring timely and efficient completion of work
  • Coordinate with the Workshop Manager to ensure seamless communication and execution of work
  • Upsell and promote additional services to customers, driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales and customer service role, preferably in the motor industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary of £28,000 and a bonus to an OTE in excess of £30,000, plus a range of other benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
