About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Logistics Director to join our team at RHL Construction and Property. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all logistic processes on site, ensuring seamless execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Management: Coordinate and manage all logistics activities on site, including waste management, traffic management, and welfare facilities management.
  • Site Inductions: Develop and implement site induction programs to ensure all personnel are properly trained and aware of site protocols.
  • Lifting Operations: Supervise and manage lifting operations to ensure safe and efficient execution.
  • Labour Management: Oversee labour management activities, including scheduling and allocation of personnel.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and ensure compliance with quality control standards and protocols.

Requirements:

  • CSCS Certification: Possess a valid CSCS certification.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS Certification: Hold a valid SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
  • First Aid at Work: Possess a valid first aid at work certification.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • References: Available upon request.
  • Right to Work: Possess a valid right to work in the UK.
