Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing effective, safe, and stable change management strategies across all business processes and toolsets.
- Ensuring the integrity of design intent, product delivery, timelines, and cost efficiency are upheld.
- Managing Change and Configuration processes while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assessing the impact of Engineering Changes and generating PCNs to direct downstream modifications to production.
- Creating and enabling work packages to assist production during the build phase.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Proficient understanding of technical drawings and data.
- Extensive manufacturing and installation experience, ideally within heavy engineering projects.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Background in trades such as electrical, mechanical engineering, pipework, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
Desirable:
- Experience in change management and configuration control.
- Familiarity with planning processes.
- Working knowledge of TeamCenter and SAP.
