Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts for the business.
  • Devise and execute comprehensive account plans, JBPs, and promotional plans, ensuring each individual key account is regularly reviewed.
  • Negotiate improved terms with retailers and optimize range management.
  • Monitor market activity, identifying changes and emerging trends in customer and consumer buying patterns.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing key accounts, ideally in the ecommerce/department store space.
  • A real go-getter with a passion for building genuine customer relationships and an enthusiastic outlook.
