About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to take on the role of Operational Manager for Legal Services. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team that provides essential legal support across the Council. This role is critical as the Council embarks on a large-scale transformation programme, requiring a leader who possesses a robust background in legal management and excels in innovation and inspiring high performance.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring that the Council's operations are legally sound, transparent, and aligned with strategic objectives. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Council's transformation programme, leading on complex legal matters, and fostering a culture of excellence within the Legal Services team.
