Marketing Director

Gleeson Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join their team in Birmingham. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a lead role in the growth of one of their brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive business growth and brand awareness.
- Manage external marketing agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery and budget management.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop content strategy and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Collaborate with the external agency to share social media content and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C marketing, particularly in inbound marketing.
- Experience in managing external marketing agencies and budget management.
- Excellent written and communication skills, with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to prioritize well.
- Strong business and commercial acumen, with a good understanding of marketing and digital campaigns.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
A competitive salary of £50-55k, with a requirement to be in the office 2-3 days per week. Our client is a market-leading law firm with an office in Birmingham City Centre.
