Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our site team as an Assistant Site Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within our school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security of the school buildings and grounds, and act as a designated key holder for out-of-hours and emergency access.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Assist with general maintenance, including heating, lighting, and plumbing, and perform regular maintenance checks and follow-up actions.
  • Cleaning and Upkeep: Clean designated areas of the school in accordance with safe working practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Site Manager and other school staff to ensure the smooth running of the school.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Grade C or above GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent)
  • Experience of working in a security, safety, cleaning or maintenance environment
  • D.I.Y. skills, painting and decorating skills, and ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance without guidance
  • Ability to carry out health and safety checks and maintain relevant records in accordance with relevant Health and Safety Regulations
