We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance our Anglian Water Infrastructure division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide the @one alliance with precise cost and value assessments and forecasts to alleviate potential financial challenges.
  • Ensure meticulous tracking of expenses, guaranteeing that all financial outlays are correctly categorized, including across the alliance.
  • Implement effective and efficient methodologies and systems to recognize, report, and escalate commercial risks, such as early warning notices, to facilitate appropriate risk management.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Lead to establish the operational commercial reporting needs of the @one alliance, working alongside the Performance Reporting & Systems team and Finance to ensure accuracy, relevance, and timeliness.
  • Conduct self-assessments of commercial data and contractual procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Familiarity with NEC3 contract frameworks.
  • Experience in a complex matrix team setting.
  • Understanding of pertinent construction and contract legislation.
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
