Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly and experienced team. This is a growth role that will focus on business growth and overseeing our private patients and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Face-to-face meetings with private patients and referrals to discuss treatment, costs, and finance options.
  • Previous experience in the Dental Industry or sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment.
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and the ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues.
  • Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and providing exceptional standards of care.
