Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a timetable of teaching, learning, and assessment as agreed with your Tutor Delivery Manager.
  • Undertake qualification delivery planning in collaboration with team members to ensure compliance with external requirements.
  • Provide support systems to facilitate positive retention, achievement, and progression.
  • Monitor attendance and performance of learners and report to management.
  • Ensure learner requirements are dealt with quickly and effectively.
  • Deliver teaching, learning, and assessment to ensure a positive learner experience and timely achievement.
  • Complete individual learning plans and progress reviews to meet individual learner requirements.
  • Submit portfolios in a timely manner for interim and summative verification.
  • Undertake learning and development activities as required and maintain a record of CPD.
  • Contribute to learner disciplinary action requirements.
  • Attend standardization and team meetings to develop team and individual performance.
  • Promote safe working practices and safeguarding of learners in line with current Health and Safety legislation and LCG Safeguarding and Prevent policies.

Requirements:
  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Qualification.
  • Hold an Assessing Qualification.
