Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Director to join our team at iManage. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our cloud-native platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive security compliance program that aligns with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of security compliance professionals in guiding global teams on security considerations and improving compliance at iManage.
  • Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Security Operations, Presales & Customers security compliance teams to ensure seamless integration and effective risk management.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of high-impact security initiatives, driving security and compliance objectives, and developing comprehensive compliance and security metrics.
  • Translate external security standards into clear, actionable directives for operations and engineering teams.
  • Proactively assess risks, threats, and vulnerabilities, providing real-time insights and reporting to management and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience managing security governance, risk, and compliance activities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
  • Security certifications (CISSP, CRISC, CISA, SANs GIAC, etc.).
  • Extensive knowledge of industry standards and regulations, with the ability to translate complex security concepts into layman's terms.
  • Strong understanding of security risk frameworks and ability to lead execution and implementation.
  • Experience developing, tracking, and reporting key metrics and KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to manage highly motivated individuals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate risks to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • An interest in emerging technologies related to information security and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others in the promotion of security.
  • An ability to effectively lead and manage a remote workforce.
