Job Title: Weekend Lecturer in Business

Regent College London is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Weekend Lecturer in Business to join our team. As a Weekend Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a variety of business-related subjects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality teaching materials and courses
  • Teach and facilitate learning sessions in a hybrid (face-to-face and online) environment
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and work with the attendance team to ensure student engagement
  • Develop and implement assessments and evaluations to measure student learning outcomes
  • Provide pastoral support and guidance to students as needed
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance and academic governance frameworks
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant subject discipline
  • Fellowship of the Advanced Higher Education (HEA) or willingness to work towards
  • Significant experience in teaching, curriculum development, and quality management in a higher education environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing circumstances
