Overview: Novax Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a Financial Strategy Partner in Sutton. This role offers a contract with potential for extension, requiring full-time commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate strategic decisions and translate them into corporate policies and advisory frameworks.
- Assist the Head of Financial Planning & Business Partnering by providing expert insights and guidance.
- Lead and manage the development of the organization’s capital investment initiatives.
- Utilize professional judgment to interpret and apply policies and procedures tailored to specific organizational needs.
- Oversee daily management and professional supervision of staff to ensure effective delivery of operational plans and activities.
Candidate Requirements:
- Possesses a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CIPFA, CIMA, MBA) or equivalent demonstrable experience at a similar level.
- Proven experience in developing and executing capital investment strategies and programs.
- Ability to align capital strategies with treasury strategies through collaboration with finance colleagues.
- Experience in leading the year-end account closing processes for capital, ensuring accurate reflection of all capital transactions in the organization’s financial records.
