Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Music Department as an Administrator.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Music Department, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Music Department
  • Assist with the coordination of music events and activities
  • Manage departmental records and documents
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, students, and parents

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including some evenings and weekends
