Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - SEN and Autism

We are seeking a passionate and reliable teaching assistant to work within a highly successful SEND Provision in an 11-19 secondary school based in Redbridge, East London.

About the Role:
  • Support students with special needs and autism in mainstream lessons and smaller group interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to improve student outcomes
  • Work with a friendly and approachable manner, using your own initiative and effective behaviour management skills
Requirements:
  • Experience and/or qualifications in working with children with special needs, ASD specific desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively within mainstream and/or a successful ASD provision
  • Passion for education and working with young people
