Position Overview

  • As a Test Manager, you will collaborate closely with the DevOps Team to explore new Test Automation tools aimed at minimizing change delivery cycle times while enhancing the quality and consistency of outputs.
  • Manage a team by leading, mentoring, and coaching Automation Testers within the scrum teams in the CIO department, ensuring timely completion of performance reviews, mandatory training, and regular one-on-one meetings.
  • Promote continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
  • Demonstrate a solid and proven understanding of behavior-driven development as part of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with Cloud technology is essential.
  • Initiate improvements that enhance the current Test Automation processes.

Desired Skills

  • Extensive hands-on experience in an IT Testing Role utilizing test automation technologies, along with team management responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with ALM Octane, JIRA, or similar tools.
  • Background in System and Integration testing.
  • Knowledge or experience in performance testing and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, Kanban, or SAFe.
