Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for processing European payrolls, working closely with the wider HR, finance, and equity teams.
Key Responsibilities- Process European payrolls, including collating and uploading payroll adjustments into the payroll system for each region.
- Support the day-to-day processing of allocated European Payrolls.
- Coordinate the European payroll inbox and respond to payroll-related queries.
- Support the monthly payroll on-boarding process, adding new joiners to the relevant country's payroll in a timely manner.
- Complete all payroll administration relating to maternity, paternity, adoption, and/or shared parental leave.
- Prepare and submit statutory reporting documentation in each European country where a centralised payroll is run.
- Work with the global team on payroll-related projects, such as Workday payroll implementation and payroll transitions.
- Provide employee assistance with self-service transactions within Workday.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll/benefit processes.
- Ensure all new starters are added to, and leavers are removed from, relevant company benefit schemes and ensure these feed through to payroll.
- Collate benefit data for the annual compensation cycle.
- Manage the benefit providers list and ensure all points of contact are up to date.
- Workday Payroll systems experience is essential.
- 2+ years of payroll experience.
