Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training and education to chef apprentices in a kitchen environment
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and training programs
• Assess and evaluate the progress of apprentices, providing constructive feedback and guidance
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of training programs
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in culinary education

Requirements:

• Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel within the region
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for culinary education and a commitment to delivering high-quality training
