Job Title: Activation Manager - Signature Brands

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Activation Manager to join our team at LWC Drinks. As a key member of our Signature Brands portfolio, you will be responsible for driving growth and activation of our brands across the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional activation strategies to drive portfolio growth and increase distribution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional account managers and provide training and support to inspire portfolio growth.
  • Mobilize regional telesales teams to accelerate portfolio growth and increase sales.
  • Manage existing and drive new distribution of Signature Brands products.
  • Grow Rate Of Sale of Signature Brands via activation of portfolio investment plans.
  • Expand range and presence of Signature Brands portfolio through activation of Innovation launch strategy.
  • Demonstrate expertise in investment tactics to maximize margins.
  • Assess and activate events that deliver positive ROI dynamics.
  • Manage POS placement, merchandising, and sampling.
  • Host and attend key account sampling and promotional programs.
  • Create bespoke cocktail menus to maximize Signature share of menu and tailored drinks to suit customer base of accounts.
  • Build social media coverage and capture consumer and customer networks to maximize reach of sampling and events.

Key Skills:

  • Able to prioritize tasks and organize time efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Target and performance navigation.
  • Regional plan development knowledge; maintain and strengthen brand image consistently including growth.
  • Commercial awareness.
