Job OverviewQuality Controller
About the Role:
Are you well-versed in ISO9001 standards within an engineering framework? Do you possess strong administrative and computer skills along with the ability to effectively communicate with management and external partners? If so, Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking your expertise. In this dynamic and essential position, you will address non-conformance issues, enhance quality systems, and manage warranty claims.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and maintain the organization's quality management system, leveraging your comprehensive understanding of ISO9001 compliance.
  • Ensure that all documentation is current and accurately processed.
  • Manage the incidents log and conduct investigations into non-conformities.
  • Handle change request forms across the organization.
  • Develop clear and detailed documentation while collaborating with suppliers for necessary modifications.
  • Conduct thorough inward inspections to confirm that items meet required specifications and quality standards.
  • Manage Warranty Returns by assisting in the evaluation and testing of items returned under warranty or those experiencing out-of-box failures.
  • Generate detailed reports for vendors aimed at enhancing production efficiency using Excel.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of ISO9001.
  • Demonstrated experience in an engineering setting, with a technical background and a commitment to quality control and compliance.
  • Strong administrative, communication, and computer skills.
