About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team at Avanti West Coast. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our performance data, providing meaningful analysis and insights, and driving corrective actions to improve our operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain data management systems, architectures, and models to support business decision-making.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven recommendations and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to support business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of data management, architecture, analysis, reporting, and modeling methods, approaches, and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in data automation, AI, and the Microsoft Power Platform is desirable, but not essential.
