Lead Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our dynamic team at Natures Vet. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of veterinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of veterinary professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Conduct consultations and surgeries with confidence and expertise
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with our veterinary nurses and support staff to provide exceptional patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and team performance

  • A competitive salary up to £75,000 DOE, plus a welcome bonus and relocation allowance

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Lead Veterinary Surgeon or in a similar leadership role
  • Confidence in all aspects of general GP duties, including consulting and surgery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
