Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of veterinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Conduct consultations and surgeries with confidence and expertise, utilizing your knowledge of general GP duties.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of the practice's clinical standards.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior veterinary staff, promoting their professional development and growth.
