Lead Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the veterinary department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of veterinary professionals, and contributing to the overall success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of veterinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Conduct consultations and surgeries with confidence and expertise, utilizing your knowledge of general GP duties.
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of the practice's clinical standards.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior veterinary staff, promoting their professional development and growth.
