We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at our facility in Belton, Grantham. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, following work processes to a high standard, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

  • Operate production equipment to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Follow all work processes and procedures to ensure high-quality products and efficient production

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
