Job Title: Deputy SENDCo

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Deputy SENDCo. As a key member of our SEND team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist in managing the provision for pupils identified as having SEND, including promoting high-quality teaching, effective use of resources, and high standards of learning and achievement for all pupils. You will also provide focused support to students with complex needs, ensuring no student is left behind.
