Sales Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Coordinator to join our European team at Consumer Additions and Consumer Exec. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and managing the Order-to-Cash process for key accounts and wholesale clients across Europe.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage orders accurately and on time, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Process invoices promptly and run weekly reports to ensure all orders are invoiced.
  • Collaborate with the European Customer Services Sell in Manager to drive Supply Chain projects and identify areas for enhancement within Sales Administration teams throughout Europe.
  • Support the improvement of business processes, aligning and simplifying ways of working across European Sales Administration teams.
  • Be an active contributor to supply chain transformational projects across Europe to drive efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' Wholesale Administrative experience, coupled with excellent customer service experience.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and previous use of SAP, EDI, and E-Gate.

Working Arrangements:

This is a fixed-term contract until the end of June 2025, paying £32k-£34k, based in our central London office 3 days per week, 2 from home.
