About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Residential Manager to join our team at Hennessy Living Group Ltd. As a Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our children's home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our young people.
- Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and standards, maintaining a Good or Outstanding rating for our home.
- Collaborate with our psychologist and occupational therapist to create a circle of care and support around each young person.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the efficient use of resources to deliver high-quality services.
