Food Safety Auditor

We are seeking a skilled Food Safety Auditor to join our team at Intertek SAI Global. As a QSR/Retail Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting audits at various food and restaurant clients, including fast food chains and high street restaurants, on a zero-hours contract.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits at client sites to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and inter-company standards.
- Travel to clients' sites in the London and outside London area.
- Work with a variety of food and restaurant clients, including fast food chains and high street restaurants.
- Collaborate with our experienced team to provide training and support.
- Experience of working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment.
- Previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety.
- Level 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageous.
- Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environment.
- Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent, are essential.
- Full UK Driving licence and own car.
