Food Safety Auditor

We are seeking a skilled Food Safety Auditor to join our team at Intertek SAI Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting audits at various food and restaurant clients, including fast food chains, high street restaurants, and commercial food venues.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audits at client sites to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and inter-company standards.
- Work with clients to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.
- Collaborate with our experienced team to provide training and support to clients.
- Travel to client sites in the London and outside London area, as required.
- Experience in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment, with a background in food safety and hygiene.
- Level 2, 3, or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageous.
- Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environment.
- Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent, are essential.
- Full UK Driving licence and own car.
